We believe in home ownership, we are your biggest home-ownership advocate. People who own their homes have a higher net worth, a more stable home and in turn the economy & social fabric of the area is affected positively. It is not by accident but by design that this is the case.
If you have a job and are paying rent in the central Texas area, then what are you doing renting? No offense but you can and should be buying, or taking steps to eventually own your own home. We have multiple programs that will help you be on your way to owning your own home.
v Lease option
Lease with an option to buy during lease period. The 2 biggest reason people don’t buy a home is 1) bad credit & 2) no down payment. Over the lease period we will coach you to cure or establish credit and a portion of the rent will be credited towards the house upon timely payment of rent.
v Rent to own
A portion of your rent credited to you when you buy a house through us.
v Pick your home
You choose any home on the market. We buy the house and lease option it to you.
v Buy & fix
You buy a foreclosed home that’s way below market but needs fixing. We loan you the money to fix the house. Our preferred contractor fixes the house. The loan will be a 2nd lien on the house.
These programs all require that you be pre-qualified by us. Most people, if not all, that have a job and are currently renting will qualify. It is a joint venture between GetACrib and the person enrolling in the program. If the person does his part, he will almost definitely eventually own a home.
